Atwell, LLC is pleased to welcome Trevor Woollatt to our team as Project Manager, Environmental Services. Trevor has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, with a focus on Phase II ESAs, Due Care, Remediation and Brownfield Redevelopment. His background includes managing teams conducting Real Estate Due Diligence on projects across multiple states, as well as with managing smaller teams. He has worked on U.S. EPA Assessment, Cleanup and Revolving Loan Fund grants for various counties and cities and he has prepared Brownfield Plans for projects throughout the state.
Trevor earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology from West Virginia University. In addition, he is a board member of the Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
