National Retail Rollout Programs

Over the past decade, Atwell has developed programs that help retailers complete regional and national expansion, renovation and take-over programs. We have represented more than two dozen retail brands in a program management capacity, serving as a lead consultant to design, permit and deliver construction projects in partnership with program architects, preferred developers and contractors.

With a focus on providing clients with decision-informing data and development recommendations, Atwell brings value to the site selection, due diligence, portfolio management, permitting and site construction phases. We alleviate the need to manage multiple constants based on site locations.


Program Management for a Progressive Client

It started with one project as most relationships do. Atwell has had the privilege of representing a diversified power and energy client throughout North America to assist in the development and delivery of dozens of power generation facilities. By building a solid understanding of the client’s development program and operational goals, Atwell is able to represent its best interests, and create innovative project solutions that meet its business needs. Project successes range from multi-phase solar projects in the West, to wind energy in the Great Lakes region, to pipeline projects in the central States.

Utilizing specialty development consultants, aggressive permitting strategies, creative design and in-house construction managers, Atwell has supported more than 4,000MW of renewable energy developments while executing innovative environmental and ecological programs to ensure a positive impact on the environments and communities in which the projects are located. Realizing Residential Returns

A residential developer and builder in the midwestern United States found itself well-positioned to capitalize on growing new-home demand. To get to market as quickly as possible with several new communities, this client engaged Atwell to support existing land development managers through a construction management program that efficiently delivers completed lots back to the builder ready for building permits.

Coordinated construction services vary by project, but often include earth balancing, pipe work, final grading, road construction and franchise utility installation, in addition to full-service site design and completion of the permitting process.

A global automaker looked to Atwell to manage the construction of numerous dealerships in its national brand portfolio, including the rollout of a European brand that launched in the United States in 2009.
